Functional email addresses:
- do not refer to a person but to a particular function, for example segreteria@polimi.it or direttore@polimi.it.
- can have a shared management by a group of users established by an administrator.

How to admin
- Group management: the address administrators can manage the groups that access to the address using the Mailing lists and functional mailboxes management application.
- Edit or deleting: The Head of structure[?] , or delegate, must fill up the Online form request: EditDelete functional mailboxes and distribution lists

Functional address setup
Open mode: open the functional mailbox with full access (rules, offsite, calendar, send email ..):
Add mode: add a folder to your personal profile for the functional address. Read-only access, (to send use the send as setup):
