Polimi Credentials
After registering at the university, you will be given your service access credentials: Personal Code and Password. Keep them safe and change the password regularly.

Connect to the network
You will have immediate temporary access to the network without any need for configuration. You can use both the “polimi” wi-fi.
To connect, simply authenticate yourself by inputting your university credentials.
At a later stage you can configure your permanent and encrypted access, which you will need to use the Virtual desktop for teaching in lecture halls (via Wired advanced access).For more information:

Classroom setup and Virtual desktop
Booking a computerised classroom is done through the
Classrooms set up request application available on Online Services. Simultaneously with the booking, you can select from the suggested list the desired software. The desired software will be made available to students through Virtual desktop or other installation.Electronic bibliographic resources
Remote access
The Proxy service enables users to access electronic bibliographic subscription resources (e-books, electronic periodicals and databases) outside the university network in authenticated mode.
