Instructions for Outlook Mac OS X – Add mode

Instructions to add a folder for the functional mailbox within the personal profile with read-only access.

To send, use the Send as setup.

  • Open Microsoft Outlook
  • Open Tools
  • Select Account…

In Account:

  • Use the ‘+’ symbol in the bottom left and select Open shared mailbox

  • Click Add
