Digital signature with App IO
The Politecnico has integrated its systems with the IO Pago PA App and offers the possibility of digitally signing documents via the app.
In this first phase, the service is available for the signing of supplementary teaching contracts and 150 hours.
How to sign with App IO
To proceed with the signature, you need to install the IO App on your device and log in via CIE Level 3 (PIN + scanning the physical card using the smartphone’s NFC).
- 1Connect to the University Online Services to access the application useful for viewing the document for which you need to digitally sign.
- 2Choose the digital signature option, you will be redirected to the “Digital signature of documents” application.
- 3The “Digital signature of documents” service will get in touch with the IO App.
You will receive a notification on the device where the application is installed, view it to proceed.
As an alternative to the notification, scan the QR CODE on the “Digital signature of documents” with App IO.
- 4Follow the flow on App IO to view and sign the document.
- 5Once the signing process on App IO is finished, go back to the “Digital signature of documents” screen to view the result of the signature.
The signed copy of your contract will be available on the document viewer application.
