Configuration with Polimi Credentials – Android

Before you start

Please complete these checks before starting setup.

Make sure you have your Polimi credentials (personal code and password) in order. You can check your password status or set a new one using the authentication widget available in Online Services.

If you had previously configured the Polimi networks, we recommend that you “forget” them before proceeding with a new configuration.

Download the Eduroam installer

  1. Visit cat.eduroam.org and click “Click here to download the program”
  2. Select Politecnico di Milano.
  3. If it is not present in the initial list, use the search engine.
  4. Select polimi-TTLS
  5. Click on the “eduroam” button.
    If it says “download your Linux installer”

    1. Click on “choose another installer
    2. Choose “Android 8 or newer”
  6. Click on the link for the platform you are using: “ Google Play ” , “ Huawei AppGalery ” , “ as local download ”

Install Eduroam

  1. Install the “ geteduroam ” app
  2. Select the organization “Politecnico di Milano”
  3. Select the Polimi -TTLS profile
  4. Click on “ reconfigure device ”
  5. Enter the following window:
    1.  Username:: your personal code followed by @polimi.it (e.g. 1234567@polimi.it)
    2. Password: the one relating to the person code
  6. Save the networks .
