Bookings

Microsoft Bookings is an Office 365 tool designed to create booking calendars that sync with your Outlook profile.

This tool allows you to quickly generate a webpage with an interactive calendar where users can schedule appointments by selecting available time slots.

Among its various features, it offers the ability to set up different types of appointments based on duration or participation mode: online via Microsoft Teams or in person.

Activation

The Head of structure[?] or his representative may request the activation using the form online specifying:

  • one or more users with team admin role, the one who will create the channels
  • the name of the team in the form Structure-Function*-Detail*  (*optional), for example: ASICT-Administration.
