Before you begin
Please complete these checks before starting setup.
"Forget" previously configured Polimi networks
If you had previously configured the Polimi networks, we recommend that you “forget” them before proceeding with a new configuration.
Wi-Fi Configuration with Certificate – Parameters
If your operating system is not listed in the official guides, manually configure your WiFi network with the following parameters:
- Install your personal certificate. In the “user key password” field, enter the passphrase you set when generating the certificate.
- EAP Method: TLS
- CA Certificate: “Use system certificates”
- Domain: wifi.polimi.it
- User Certificate: Enter the name assigned to your certificate
- Identity: Person_Code@polimi.it (e.g. 12345678@polimi.it)
