Registration and management of personal data and contact information

Various services and contexts within the University use the personal data and contact information that you provide while registering in the Online Services.
Check that this information is correct and regularly updated.

Access the Online Services portal and follow the Registration instructions if you have not yet registered in the University.

University credentials: upon registering you will be given a Person Code and you will have to set a password. These credentials will allow you to access the services available to you.

Manage your personal information and contact details

Access the Online Services and click on the Update my personal data link in the My data widget

You will be able to:

  • View and update your residency and domicile addresses
  • Enter the details of your documents and the relevant .pdf scans.
  • Enter and manage your contact details
